My name is Jonathan Sciacca. Owner/president of J.S Fitness, certified personal trainer and fitness coach. As a former semi professional athlete, I know what it takes to get to the next level. I have developed programs for numerous athletes and the average client looking to be in the best shape possible. These programs focus on strength training, weight loss, muscle building, endurance, core specific movements and flexibility.
