Why Does 30 Minutes Work?

  • 30 minutes is enough time for someone to give their full effort when hitting these style of workouts.

  • When programming 30 minute workouts, we basically take an hour workout and plug it into 30 minutes

  • When hitting your aerobic and anaerobic systems your body will burn more efficiently throughout the day

  • Our 30 minute model is used mostly with free weights and body weight movements to get the most effective workout
