Why Does 30 Minutes Work?
30 minutes is enough time for someone to give their full effort when hitting these style of workouts.
When programming 30 minute workouts, we basically take an hour workout and plug it into 30 minutes
When hitting your aerobic and anaerobic systems your body will burn more efficiently throughout the day
Our 30 minute model is used mostly with free weights and body weight movements to get the most effective workout
